Midtown Center & "The Deuces"
SPC Midtown's original campus, at 1048 22nd Street S, opened in 2003 as part of a $2 million St. Petersburg Housing Authority’s HOPE VI project. As demand for classes and community involvement grew, in 2015, SPC opened the Douglas L. Jamerson, Jr. Midtown Center, a 49,000-square-foot, state-of-the art building, located at 1300 22nd St. S., in the heart of the Midtown corridor affectionately known as "The Deuces."
